This law regulates the registration of births and deaths in Bahrain, and specifies the procedures and deadlines for reporting within and outside the Kingdom.
This law regulates the registration of births and deaths in Bahrain, specifies the procedures and deadlines for reporting within and outside the Kingdom, and establishes the records and certificates issued by the competent authorities as the official reference for verifying data. It emphasizes the confidentiality of information and prohibits its modification except by court order, and imposes penalties on those who violate its provisions.
